RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Trelawney Wines are shipped at the purchasers risk unless insurance has been applied to your order .This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Trelawney Wines attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Trelawney Wines does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Trelawney Wines itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Trelawney Wines, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Trelawney Wines.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Trelawney Wines or to products you purchase through Trelawney Wines shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in South Australia, Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Trelawney Wines intellectual property rights, Trelawney Wines may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Trelawney Wines. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping (within Australia only)
Trelawney Wines use Australia Post Wine  Delivery Service. Your order can be monitored by you from your computer. Upon request we will send you you’re Australia Post Delivery Number and a link to the Australia Post parcel tracking website. Alternatively, we can follow up your delivery for you on your behalf.

Please Note:
1. Calls cannot be made prior to delivery.
2. Wine cannot be left outside the boundary line of a property.
3. 'Special Delivery Instructions' are a guide; it is not a guarantee that these instructions will be followed. Due to OH&S it is at the driver's discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to adhere to.
4. If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted, the consignment will be returned to your Local Post Office to await collection. A card will be left in your letter box to advise of the collection point. Australia Post will not re-deliver once an item has been carded awaiting collection. Persons under 18 years of age cannot sign or accept delivery of wine products.
5. Trelawney Wines and Australia Post will not be held responsible for any missing goods when authority has been provided for your goods to be delivered without a signature unless insurance has been applied to the order.
6. Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age at time of delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times
Trelawney Wines use Australia Post to deliver all our wines throughout Australia. We have a twice weekly pick arranged with Australia Post. Please allow 14 days for delivery from time of order placed.

FREE Delivery
From time to time we may offer free delivery within Australia. This will be posted on our website at the time of offer.

RETURNS
Our Return Policy allows items to be returned within 14 days to be refunded. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in ‘As New” condition along with the original packing where applicable. We will exchange it for another of similar value. We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged or open wine. Make sure you include all your details and the reason for your return/exchange.
If your bottle of wine is suffering from a wine fault and does not meet the high standard you associate with Trelawney Wines, please return the remains of the bottle to the place of purchase for a replacement bottle or contact us. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with Trelawney Wines via our website, you must inform us in writing (by fax or email) stating your full name and quoting your order number, within 1 hour of placing your order.

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses
